The placing of an order with Nature Connect expresses acceptance of our terms of business. The following conditions apply to and are deemed to be involved in all contracts involving Nature Connect’s goods and services.
Unless otherwise stated a quotation is open for acceptance for a period not exceeding 30 days. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are subject to 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).
An order or the acceptance of a quotation must be accompanied by sufficient information to enable Nature Connect to proceed with the order, and any modifications must be in writing.
4. Trading Accounts
Unless credit has been arranged, net cash is payable as per tax invoice or online payment portal at the time of purchase. Where credit has been arranged accounts are payable in a strict 13 days.
Vouchers not will be accepted after expiration date. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
Should loss or damage occur, whether in transit or by reason of negligence or otherwise, Nature Connect will not accept liability for any consequential loss. Compensation will be limited to the replacement value of the product purchased.
7. Delivery Guarantee
We will endeavour to dispatch your purchases as soon as possible. Nature Connect advise that deliveries may take longer to reach remote areas. Damage or loss in transit is rare, however if it happens we will take responsibility in these cases. Please email us to organise the return of damaged goods or to report that a parcel has not arrived within reasonable time.
8. Signed Work
Dispatch of signed works may take up to 4 weeks from order.
9. International Postage
if you are a customer not living in Australia, we can deliver your products to you. It is your responsibility to pay any input duty or sales tax within your own country. You may, if eligible, claim back your Australian GST through the tax authority, however Nature Connect are not able to provide assistance in this matter. Nature Connect may from time to time provide facility for international purchases only to be paid less GST at the point of sale.
10. Out of Stock Items
If we cannot provide a product or service we will notify you within two business days that we will not be able to deliver the goods or service in the usual delivery period. If it is an item that we cannot supply, we will give you a refund immediately after notifying you. If we can supply this item, we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.
11. Faulty Goods
We take great pride in our goods and packaging so we certainly hope that you never receive a faulty product from us. If, on the rare occasion, this does occur please contact us by e-mail and we can arrange for a refund for the damaged goods.
We will exchange products within 21 days for equivalent (or lower) value items. Return postage and replacement item postage will be the customer’s responsibility in this case. Items for exchange must be received in mint condition.
